Dental I.V. Sedation
For more advanced, longer procedures we use IV medication which makes you less aware of the procedure by making you calmer, sleepy and less able to remember the procedure. This is a very popular choice for many patients who call it ‘flying first class’.
Marg Marg is our R.N. during more complex treatments requiring IV sedation. Marg has worked in many areas of nursing on a part time and full time basis. She started in general surgery, then pediatric. She worked ICU, telemetry and as a float nurse and most recently in emergency. She is grateful for all that she has learned from her patients, colleagues, and teachers and looks forward to continue learning and growing through her experience in working with this great dentistry team.Marg is married to David and together they have eight adult children and 6 grandchildren. Her favourite activities are playing with the grandchildren, gardening, reading, cross country skiing and travelling.Marg’s warm bedside manner is a source of great comfort and reassurance to her patients. |
